I’m always looking for more good burger options in the south metro. I’ve come across another one. It seems like a few Italian places have figured out the art of making a good burger.
This farm to table restaurant is serving up some great food and happens to have a darn good burger. If you’ve had the burger at Zelo or Ciao Bella, this reminds me of those. And those are good burgers!
This is a thick patty, cooked exactly to my preference and very juicy! They chose provolone for their cheese. Caramelized onions and some good, thin sliced pickles top the patty as well. Under the patty, a fresh tomato sits on some greens and those marinate in their tasty special sauce. The house made griddled bun does the trick.
