If you haven’t stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Bloomington, you may not know much about this place. I didn’t. Just a few minute walk from the Mall of America, there is yet another so called Hotel restaurant that could stand on its own.
Locally sourced ingredients is what they pride themselves on. Their beef, Black Angus from Simply Essentials, was seasoned well and charred well. This burger has two, thin patties.
The kicker on this burger is the fontina cheese. I’m a big fan of it on a burger and an even bigger fan when it drips down the side. Home run here! Nicely cooked smoke house bacon tops the patty. I like the thicker cut caramelized onions. Shredded lettuce and a very red bushel boy tomato are under the patties and sitting in the their swedish mustard sauce that is spread on the top and bottom buns. It was really good and I wanted more of it. The bun was buttery, soft and delicious.
Take a break from the hustle and bustle at the Mall of America and shoot on over to Urbana Craeft Kitchen. Take advantage of their nice patio.
Broccoli Tots – Fantastic! This is how I want my broccoli!
House made chips – Very good.
