Finally, a good Bison Burger! Grass-fed Bison cooked to my medium preference. Surprisingly juicy, with Sriracha/Thousand Islandish aioli, chopped lettuce, cheese on a toasty sesame seed bun. The bun is a little too toasty for me, but fine. Good burger!
