There are a heck of a lot of flavors going on with this burger. A blend of chuck, brisket and short rib. Smoked bacon, gruyere and blue cheese, caramelized onions, tomato jam, kimchi aioli, arugula and a fried egg on top. Great Patisserie 46 bun. The burger delivers.
