Talk about a fun Burger experience! Most of the time I review burgers that have pretty much the same burger components unless they have a signature burger that is totally out there.
The Sasquatch Burger is out there. Hearing about this burger a couple of years ago, I was so excited driving to the restaurant, anticipating just how crazy it would be.
This is a burger with side dishes. This is a complete meal. It always starts with beef. It had a nice char and was juicy, not overcooked. Topped with cheddar cheese, fried onions and an egg. Normal, right? Hold on! Let’s add pastrami. House smoked, homemade pastrami. Next, let’s add frickles. Deep fried, battered, pickle chips. Finally, it gets a little strange. Pour some of their pulled pork baked beans over everything. I think I lost a few people with that one, including myself. Not something I’ve ever asked for. The pulled pork baked beans were very good on their own and enough spilled over that I had kind of a side dish. Next time I will ask for a runny egg. The bun was a soft pretzel bun. It got a little soggy after a bit, but it worked. I guess if you are a Sasquatch, you kind of want a whole meal. This is your Burger!
I have to say, I liked it!
White Cheddar Cheese Curds in cubed form with a spicy ranch dip – Fantastic!
Skin-on Fries – Very Good!
Thank you to @homersdonkey for the Sasquatch Burger discovery!
