Great Burger! The beef is Peterson Farms Limousine beef. Two slices of pork belly sit on top of the beef patty. Delicious Gruyere cheese, a tomato aioli spread on the bun and it is topped off with a perfectly cooked egg. They use a delicious, buttery brioche bun from Patisserie 46. I love this burger!
