Looking for an established place to hold an event such as a wedding, graduation or a celebration of any kind, The Chart House, located on Lake Kingsley in Lakeville, has been doing it since 1968. It’s a cool, nautical themed place in a beautiful setting.
I set sail looking for a good burger and that’s what I found.
The 1/2 pound angus blend of chuck and sirloin was juicy, cooked the way I like it and seasoned pretty well. I chose American cheese, bacon and sautéed onions. The onions were just the way I like them, thick and fleshy, grilled just right. I got some delicious chipotle mayo on the side and ended up swiping some on my burger after a few bites, giving it some added flavor. The bun was soft, lightly toasted and very good.
The Chart House won’t steer you wrong. It’s a good burger!
French fries – Very good! Get some chipotle mayo for dipping.
Chicken Wild Rice Soup – Very good!
