Definitely a place I had never heard of before. They’ve created a really good burger. The dry aged grass-fed beef was juicy, had a great flavor and a good char. The aged cheddar was melted well and tasted good. The pickles and aioli added to the overall experience. The bun, although a little over toasted for me, completed the burger very well. I am a fan of this burger!
