I’m already a fan of the Bordeaux Burger at St. Genevieve, but now they’ve got another one, simply called the Cheeseburger!
Another burger, another hit. It’s fantastic!
You’ve seen me write about burgers that have that soft, warm, melt in your mouth feel to them. Yep! This is it! This is a 5 Star burger, and I will break it down for you. The beef is a loosely formed patty, medium cooked and juicy. Another treat, my beef patty was bigger than my bun. Love it!
The next star is their incredible house made white cheddar cheese. It’s poured over every inch of the patty and I even had a little pool of it on my plate. No problem!
I love grilled onions and these beauties are chopped into nice big chunks and grilled perfectly! There are a lot of them. Yes! The 4th star are the cornichons, their great pickle choice. Love it!
The 5th star is their milk bun and I’m going to go ahead and say I can’t think of a better one. It’s buttery soft, lightly toasted, and a thing of beauty.
I absolutely love this Cheeseburger!
