I’ve been recommending Red Cow as a burger stop for years.  Any chance I get, I’m stopping in for one of the many delicious burgers on their extensive burger menu.

@phatphood joined me for “The Brooklyn”. This is their September Burger of the Month.  September is also Hunger Action Month.  You’ve still got 10 days to stop in and try this burger at any of the Red Cow locations, and when you do, $1 will go to Plates For Good, which supports Second Harvest Heartland.  Everybody wins!  We encourage you to visit any day, but especially on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday’s.

I think you are going to like this burger.  Two thin Red Cow’s own house-ground patties, flavorful and charred to the max.  A generous amount of white American cheese tops the patties.  Tasty bone marrow adds to the overall flavor.  I want to draw your attention to the delicious pickle concoction Chef Trevis’ whips up and dumps on the

burger.  I loved it.  It’s even got a little kick to it.

The bun is soft and beautifully toasted.  I’m a Wuollet Bakery fan.  It’s a great bun!

Stop out to any of the Red Cow locations and let’s support each other.

French Fries – Fantastic!

Braised Beef Poutine – Delicious!

Wisconsin Cheese Curds – Very good!

Scotch Eggs – Very good!
