This place might not be on your radar, but they’ve got a pretty good burger.
Overall, a solid burger. Nothing really jumped out at me and said pay attention, but the beef tasted good, but could have been juicier. American cheese, decent fried onions, solid pickles on a good brioche bun. I added smoked pork belly, which was tender and delicious.
Even though this burger didn’t “speak to me”, it’s worth a stop if you are in the Hopkins area.
Fries – good
Chipotle mayo – really good!
