Since this place is in my lunch hour wheelhouse, I’ll probably be hitting it more than most. This is a great stop for Burgers, Wings & Cheese Curds!
I decided to go with The Cheeseburger again, since the last time I was there, I had this burger, but I added grilled onions and they gave me a ton of their Worcestershire red onions, which I thought slightly overpowered the other flavors of this burger. This time, I ordered it as is. It’s a case of, if I knew then what I know now. Order this burger with no modifications. It’s delicious!
Tons of beautifully melted American cheese covers the two 3 ounce, Hereford beef patties that are griddled and juicy. On the bottom bun, a few slices of dill pickles and a nice slathering of the fantastic house burger sauce. I got an extra side of it and drizzled a little more on top. The bun is soft and nicely toasted. This is just an enjoyable burger. Juicy beef, melted cheese, pickles and burger sauce on a great bun.
Signature Cheese Curds (Classic Curds) – Fantastic! Cubed and Wonderful!
Smokey Bourbon Wings – Sweet and Sticky! Delicious!
Sauces – The burger aioli, spicy mayo, sriracha aioli and the sweet chili sauce are all great!
