It feels great to be back! I’ve missed #tcburgernight and the company of my friends, @phatphood & @shawnsrodgers. The last time we were all at the same table was in March of 2020. There was only one place I wanted the 78th Twin Cities Burger Night return to take place. Effin’ Manny’s Steakhouse!
We all know who’s at the top of the steak food chain. Did you know Manny’s has a Burger on their menu? I’ll throw out the word Epic! It’s a visual spectacle. I’ll get right to it. Two, yes two, half pound 70/30, Prime Beef patties from Stock Yards. Cooked medium, nice and juicy with a good sear on them. Before you can see these patties, you will have to work your way through a bunch of tasty, crispy onion strings, as you can see. We are not done with the beef though. A good helping of delicious, salty braised Kobe short rib sit between the patties. Foie gras butter adds to the decadence. Keeping with the streakhouse vibe, roasted mushrooms keep raising the height of this burger. The brioche bun from Mainstreet Bakery does it proud. You can add anything you like to the burger. They want to serve it to you the exact way you want it. I added cheddar cheese, which is hard to see through all of the deliciousness.
If you are looking for that Epic Burger experience, Manny’s has it for you!
Do you need to wear Georgio Armani or Versace for dinner? Hell no! Manny’s wants you to wear whatever you are comfortable wearing. Jeans and a T-Shirt? Absolutely! Spend your money on some of the best food you will ever have and not on upgrading your wardrobe.
I want to thank Allison MacLeod for making this happen. Parasole Restaurant Holdings social media is in great hands! Thank you, Jeremie, for scheduling us and answering every question we threw at you. Our server, Joel, was a breathe of fresh, hilarious air. Jorge as well!
