Before the end of the year, I’m hitting any possible Top 10 burgers I haven’t hit before or that need a revisit. It’s been a couple of years since I had the burger at Lyn 65. While it will not make my Top 10, it’s a very good burger!
First off, you can get this in a single or a double. Note that the single is a double and the double is a triple. Forget your math skills and go with the double since you really want the triple as these are pretty thin patties equaling just over a half pound.
The beef was very juicy, and I love juicy as you are reminded of at every opportunity. Plenty of American cheese added to my enjoyment. Good tasting Dijonaise is spread on. The pickles were good and plentiful. I thought they were more on the cucumber tasting side. I opted for the bacon as I am want to do and it was good and added on the top two patties. The top bun was good, but the bottom bun seemed very thin and was totally soggy.
It’s a good burger and worth the stop for the burger.
French fries – Ok. Way too crispy for me.
Chicken – 2 piece meal, not a lot of meat. Dry.
Mac & Cheese – OK. Lacked creaminess.
