I finally made it to the much talked about Hi-Lo Diner. Another one of the City Pages Top 10 under-the-radar burgers you need to try. They got another right! The “diner beef blend” that is their beef is juicy and has great flavor. I’m a pickle guy and their house made pickles are delicious! The secret sauce is good. The bun is soft and nicely toasted to my preference. If the Hi-Lo Diner is good enough for Adele, it’s good enough for me! Really good burger!
