Cleveland Rocks! Heck’s Cafe was Iron Chef Michael Symon’s favorite restaurant growing up in Cleveland. They’ve got a sweet burger! Juicy beef, cooked close to my preference, topped with tender braised short ribs, fresh rocket arugula, and a delicious bearnaise sauce drizzled over the top. The bun was soft and lightly toasted. Thanks, Iron Chef, Symon!
