Living in the south metro for a long time, I’ve driven by this place, you can see off of I-35 in Lakeville, for years and always wondered about it.  I started seeing them post a lot about their scratch made food and finally decided it was time.

It’s a cool airplane themed restaurant.  On the menu it tells about how much Harry loved to fly WW2 planes with his dad.  I loved the building.  The burger?  I liked the burger too.

They use fresh, local grass and flax fed beef.  They cooked it to my temp.  It was pretty juicy and seasoned ok and had a good char on it.  The sharp cheddar cheese was melted nicely.  Their was a ton of their honey cured bacon.  One thing I added was some sautéed sweet red onions that I saw they had on their patty melt.  I’m glad I did.  It’s also served with lettuce, tomato and onion on the side.

Their fresh brioche bun was a tad dominant and was pretty heavily toasted.  I’d love a little smaller, softer, and much lighter toasted bun.  Overall, I did enjoy the burger.

Beer Battered Fries – Very good.

Six Cheese Patty Melt – Very good.
