The Fitz Burger is a pretty much a grown up, Cheff’d out Big Mac, and it is a good tribute. It’s got it all from the juicy beef patty, to the special sauce type Russian dressing, to the shredded lettuce, American cheese and pickles on a sesame seed bun. We all know the jingle. The beef was not cooked to my medium preference, but was juicy and flavorful. The bun was just a little too toasty, but good. The cheese, pickles, lettuce and special sauce all worked together. It’s worth a stop.
