Looking through Estelle’s menu, you might need to have google at your disposal to understand what some of the menu items are, but there’s one menu item you’ll have no problem recognizing!

Some of Estelle’s menu items might result in a “what the heck is this” response, but I can say that everything I’ve had, that I understood, and everything I didn’t fully understand, has been pretty fantastic!  The Southern European influenced menu has great descriptions and their staff/servers do a great job answering any questions you might have.

There is one item, simply named, Bacon Cheeseburger, that is anything but simple.  This is Chef Jason Hansen’s 3rd burger he’s put on the menu.  It does have some similarities to the first two, but the most important similarity is that you will feel like you just had a next level burger experience.  You may want to totally crush this beauty, but take your time and really savor what Chef Jason has brilliantly created for you.

I don’t usually start with the bun, but I don’t usually have a burger with a Martin’s potato rolls bun @potatorolls.  It’s soft and sweet and made to hold a beautiful charred beef patty.  Speaking of a beautifully charred beef patty, this burger has it x2.  The patties are 3 1/2 ounces of charred, juicy, wonderfully seasoned perfection!  House made American cheese melts into all the cracks and stands out for sure.  Rich, creamy and savory Kewpie mayo lights up your taste buds along with what Chef calls piperade ketchup.  I know from my previous research, piperade is a Spanish basque stew of onions, peppers and garlic, cooked down with tomatoes and Spanish pimenton spice.  It’s not really ketchup as we know it.  The flavor is fantastic.  Oh, yes, there is bacon on this bacon cheeseburger.

This will be a Bacon Cheeseburger unlike any other you’ve experienced!  Like the first two burgers Estelle had put on their menu, this one is elite.

Other fantastic menu items would be the Arancini, Chicken Croquetas, Bacon Wrapped Dates and Lemon Honey Cake.
