There are still a couple of weeks to get out to Celts Craft House for their March Burger of the Month.  Nothing ground breaking, just damn good.

This months burger starts, as always, with Chef Al’s 1/2 pound beef patty, seasoned beautifully with Creole seasoning and super juicy.  The grilled onions are perfect.  Jalapeños get grilled with the onions and then blanketed with melted pepper jack cheese, waking up your taste buds with a little heat.  All on a lightly toasted @dennysbakery bun.
