If I was going to make a Big Mac, this is how I would make it! Two juicy, beautifully charred 7 oz. beef patties, cooked to my medium preference. A tasty special sauce, which I could have used even more more of. Nice melted American cheese, bibb lettuce, pickles, red onions on a sesame bun. The bun was just a little on the firm side, but good. It did kind of fall apart on me towards the end, but no worries! This is a very good burger and worth the trip to this very cool restaurant overlooking Prior Lake.
