The April Burger of the Month at @celtscrafthouse has a much different feel than any other BOM’s Chef Al has brought out of the kitchen.
That “feel” is lightly toasted sour dough bread. The normal Denny’s bun is taking a break this month. We know a Cuban sandwich consists of ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard, on Cuban bread.
Al’s take on it includes his 1/2 pound, liberally seasoned and super juicy, beef patty, replacing the traditional roasted pork. White American cheese is his pick. Thin sliced ham and thin sliced pickles, take their spots. The kicker in this burger is the house made hot mustard. The taste will tantalize. It’s got just enough heat to tell you it’s there. It’s delicious. The sour dough bread is a nice choice. Call it what you want, a burger, a patty melt, a sandwich. I’ll call it fantastic!
Hand-cut Fries – Fantastic!
Roasted Garlic Aioli – Addicting. You might need two sides.
