We all know Tuesdays are Taco Tuesdays. But why limit it to once a week and why not expand the parameters of the taco?
Al’s taken things you love about a taco and created a burger that would be a hit at any Mexican style restaurant.
The 1/2 pound, chuck & short rib beef blend, is juicy, liberally dusted with taco seasoning and covered in melted Jack-ched cheese. The patty rests on some shredded lettuce and a couple slices of tomatoes. What will get your attention is Al’s puréed roasted jalapeños that are spread on the top bun. It brings the heat. I love it. The @dennysbakery bun is toasted perfectly. You’ll get a side of sour cream & a side of salsa to apply wherever you please. I spread both on top of the patty, not only to complete the taco flavor ensemble, but to cool the heat just a little.
