I’m a little late on the August Burger of the Month at Celts Craft House, but you’ve still got half a month to check it out.
What was I thinking about while enjoying this burger? I wish Al made pizza, that’s what. His delicious house made marinara tops the juicy, awesomely seasoned beef patty. You get a ton of the 3 cheese blend of mozzarella, provolone & reggiano. It’s melted beautifully and it’s makes a mess. His sausage is seasoned nicely as well as having a nice texture to it. These are perfectly sized sausage meatballs as Al calls them. As always, the toasted Denny’s 5th Avenue Bakery bun satisfies.
I know you’re wondering how all of these pizza ingredients work on top of a beef patty. Ultimately, you will have to decide for yourself. I will say I enjoyed it, but I really would love to try these delicious ingredients on a pizza!
