Between showcasing the Burgers of the Month and having our favorite burger on the menu, the Craft House Burger all of the other times we visit, I have not had a chance to try most of the other burgers on the Celts Craft House menu. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out for so long!
I love mushrooms, but it’s not one of the first burgers I try on most menus. You and I may want to change our thinking here. Chef Al’s signature bacon cheddar sauce is a top 5 cheese sauce for me. Creamy, chunks of bacon, so cheddery, just fantastic! You could pour this on anything. I may need to explore that thought. Added to this are sautéed crimini mushrooms, which I love! Pour that over the perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned, chuck, short rib & brisket beef blend and you’d got something special. The soft, lightly toasted pub bun is always great.
If mushrooms are not your thing, this bacon cheddar sauce is on the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, which was last months BOM, and you can still get for an extended time. But, if you are a mushroom fan like me, this is a must! I loved it!
