The month of May in Minnesota is a transformational month for us. It gets us closer to consistent warm weather. The last month of Spring, takes us into our coveted Summer months. May also brings us a new Burger of the Month at @celtscrafthouse. It’s a new burger, but it feels kind of familiar.
Back in October of 2018, the BOM was the Hot Italian Burger. It was an incredible burger. Chef Al has made a couple of changes, but left one thing the same. It’s deliciousness!
𝙃𝙤𝙩 𝙄𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙄𝙄 – 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙮 𝙩𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙂𝙞𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙚𝙧𝙖, 𝙥𝙞𝙯𝙯𝙖 𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙥𝙮 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙤𝙖 𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙞 . 𝘽𝙪𝙣 𝙩𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙄𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙗 𝘼𝙞𝙤𝙡𝙞.
The beef patty is always seasoned liberally and is juicy. Spicy Giardiniera (Italian pickled vegetables), is spread on top, then covered with a pizza blend of cheeses and beautifully melted. You’ll get hit with the heat of the giardiniera, then the delicious and super flavorful Italian Herb Aioli swiped on the top bun. Your taste buds wake up. An unexpected addition are Al’s crispy fried mini strips of Genoa salami. They are a little salty, crispy treat. The different flavors coming together make for a great burger experience.
