It seems like it’s been forever since I’ve talked about a Burger of the Month at Celts Craft House. I’m late to this months BOM party, but you’ve got a few days to check out Chef Al’s latest creation.
Al takes his 1/2 pound blend of chuck, short rib & brisket, seasons it liberally, cooks it to temp and keeps the juices dripping out of it. A melted blend of Colby Jack & Cheddar Cheese coved the beef patty. Al whips up a fresh batch of his delicious, creamy guacamole and doesn’t hold back on the amount he puts on top of the burger. He finishes it off with some thin crunchy tortilla strips. The Denny’s Fifth Avenue Bakery bun is awesome as usual and toasted nicely.
