Living in the Apple Valley area, Celts has become a frequent destination for us. The Craft House burger delivers! The well seasoned beef blend of chuck and short rib has a great beef taste and they cook it to my desired medium preference. American and Pepper jack cheese are a great tasting blend of cheeses. Good tasting pickles, a garlic aioli, an over medium semi runny egg and a soft brioche bun complete this very good burger. We love it!
