If it’s a new month, it’s a new Burger of the Month at Celts Craft House!
With all of the gourmet, scratch made food currently on Chef Al’s menu, one thing there’s never been, at least since I’ve been around, is Mac & Cheese. Today, that’s all changed. Well, at least for a month.
I’ll get to the Mac & Cheese shortly. I may sound like a broken record by now, but the 8oz. blend of chuck, short rib & brisket was seasoned perfectly with a super char on it. My pink and juicy requests were delivered. The @dennys5thavebakery bun always has that soft feel, is toasted beautifully and never lets me down.
Time to tell you about this gourmet Mac & Cheese that’s poured over the beef patty. Al’s not playing games here. This Mac is bacon fat and bacon bit infused in a cheddar jack and sharp cheddar sauce. Mozzarella, provolone, Romano and Parmesan are used to hold it together and actually give it a little string. It’s also baked for each order to crisp it up a little bit and then more bacon bits are sprinkled on top.
Al has definitely put in an effort to make this the best Burger focused Mac & Cheese you can get. You should make that same effort to get down to Celts Craft House for the August BOM, the Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger!
