The October Burger of the Month at Celts Craft House might not be super unique or something you’ve never seen before, but sometimes you just want familiarity and deliciousness.
A bacon double cheeseburger with an egg thrown on top. Sounds simple enough, but when Chef Al nails every ingredient, it certainly doesn’t taste simple.
Two 1/4 pound beef patties, impeccably seasoned and juicy. American cheese melted nicely. Al gives you bacon on both patties, which you don’t see many places. I think the bacon is perfectly cooked. If Al puts an egg on a burger, it’s always over easy so we can enjoy a little runny yolk. The lightly toasted Denny’s 5th Avenue Bakery bun get a generous swipe of Al’s delicious seasoned sour cream. I loved everything about this burger. I think you will too.
