Las Vegas!  Sin City!  We’re all looking to hit that big jackpot.  Unfortunately, the odds are not in your favor.  What I’m going to tell you will guarantee you hit that elusive jackpot.

Located in The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, your jackpot awaits.  All you have to do is order it, and all of your Burger dreams will come true!  There is a $65 price tag for that dream to become a reality, but it’s a small price to pay for what might be the Best Burger you’ll ever have.

Kobe Style Wagyu Beef, quite possibly the best beef on the planet, will take you to another “stratosphere”. This incredible piece of beef melts in your mouth and is bursting with genuine beef flavor.  Cooked to my temp and seasoned beautifully, I just wanted to pull the patty off the bun and softly rip it to shreds.  Resist the temptation because there is a lot more.  On top of the beef is the most incredible sautéed foie gras I’ve ever come across.  It’s rich and buttery, and like the beef, just melts in your mouth.  Adding to the decadence are some shaved black truffles.  All of these magnificent components are housed in a fantastic, nicely toasted onion bun.  To complete this experience, you get a little boat of Perigord Truffle Sauce on the side.

My recommended approach to this Galactic Burger Experience goes as follows:  Take a few bites of this masterpiece and just savor the flavors you are experiencing.  Something like this may never come around again.  Next, taste the Wagyu Beef and the foie gras by themselves.  They deserve your attention individually as well.  Now tear a chunk of the burger off and try it with some of that Perigord Truffle Sauce.  If you love it, pour it over the rest of the burger and enjoy!

If you can’t bring yourself to lay down $65 for a burger, but I suggest you do, or you’re not sure about foie gras and truffles, you can order their Kobe Burger for under $20, which has the same Kobe Style Wagyu Beef as The Rossini Burger.

There are no sure bets in Las Vegas, but this is one hand you will not lose.  It just might be “The Best Burger You Ever Ate”! It certainly was mine!

Skinny Fries – Very good.
