Continuing my south of the river Burger journey. The Bourbon Butcher Kitchen & Bar belongs in the big city, but you won’t find it there. You will need to put a few more miles on and go southeast down to Farmington. The food is really good across the board, but, of course, you need to start with the Bacon Cheeseburger!
Bourbon Butcher nailed it! I did make a couple of modifications to the Bacon Cheeseburger. I ordered American cheese instead of Cheddar and Caramalized onions instead of raw onions. I ordered it as pink as possibly and they got it perfectly medium. The beef was juicy and flavorful. The caramalized onions were awesome! The bacon was cooked to my preference. The bun was soft and lightly toasted. The cheese wasn’t melted at all, which is a definite negative. This burger was very good! Job well done!
Hand Cut Fries – Excellent!
Cheese Curds – Excellent!
Bourbon Glazed Wings – Very Good!
