Bottle Rocket, located in the former Scusi location in the Groveland area of St. Paul has a pretty darn good burger. A juicy double patty burger cooked perfectly medium. The cheese, a blend of velveeta and provolone was an interesting choice, but hits the mark. What stood out for me besides the juicy beef was what they call their “brewers mayo”. It was very flavorful and tangy and with the house pickles, created a little taste explosion. It has a great, lightly toasted egg bun. I like this burger!
