B52’s, winner of the inaugural Twin Cities Burger Battle. This is a good burger. I chose to upgrade the patty to the Pat LaFrieda black angus beef blend. I’m glad I did. It was juicy, flavorful and cooked to my medium preference. I added bacon, which was cooked to my preference and had good flavor. The American cheese was melted perfectly, although I had to ask for an extra slice of cheese. The bun was soft and complimented the burger well. Overall, a really good burger.
